Our Story

We wanted to create opportunities for our kids and their friends to earn a little spending money, understand how a business operates, and dip their toes into marketing a small business. What better venture than an ice cream food trailer?  The opportunity arose and Whistle Stop on Wheels was launched in August 2021 and is quickly becoming a favorite in the Central PA food truck community.  

While our first season was short, it gave us time to get our feet wet and learn.  We had a lot of help and support from our communities, local businesses, and our friends at Kristy’s Whistle Stop.  We can’t thank them enough for their support (and if you’re looking for a local ice cream destination in Central PA, Kristy’s is the best!).
